Ritu Pradhan Malla is a seasoned investment and strategy professional with over 14 years of experience in climate finance, private equity, enterprise development, and sustainable impact. She currently serves as Co-Head at NIBL Equity Partners, where she helps steer the firm’s investment strategy and portfolio development, with a focus on fostering sustainable, high-growth enterprises in Nepal. She also serves as an Independent Director at GhamPower, contributing to the company’s strategic direction in distributed solar and renewable energy solutions.

Previously, Ritu held a leadership role at Business Oxygen (BO2), a private equity and investment firm, where she focused on enterprise development and investment strategy for growth-stage companies in Nepal’s evolving economy.

Her career is defined by a strong commitment to ESG integration and climate-smart growth, aligning investment processes with international standards such as those of the International Finance Corporation (IFC). Ritu is known for bridging commercial viability with sustainable impact—championing business models that deliver both financial returns and meaningful development outcomes in Nepal’s emerging sectors.
