Fees are inclusive of program materials & refreshments.

Payment Mode: Cash, Cheque, and Bank Transfer Only.

Payment Terms: Registration will be confirmed only if the payment is done, and the charges will be applied according to the date of registration. Himalayan Times Media Entertainment and Tech Limited reserves the right to refuse admission if payment is not received on time.

Provided that the total fee has been paid, substitution can be made at least 5 days before the fest. If, for any reason, Himalayan Times Media Entertainment and Tech Limited decides to cancel the fest, the fest fee will be refunded within 14 working days to the delegate.

Event program content is subject to change without notice.

Important note: While every reasonable effort will be made to adhere to the advertised package, Himalayan Times Media Entertainment and Tech Limited reserves the right to change event dates, sites or location, or omit event features, or merge the event with other events, as it deems necessary without penalty, and in such situations, no refunds, part refunds, or alternative offers shall be made.

Cancellation Policy:

1. Cancellation till 28th November, 2025 - 50% of registration amount will be refunded. 
2. Cancellation from 2nd December, 2025, no refund will be provided.
3. Cancellation must be received in writing or mail. The fest fee will be refunded within 14 working days to the delegate.
